| Pros | The chiar is very comfortable, especially when reclined. |
| Cons | Even though it is a petite size, my feet don't touch the floor when the chair is upright (I'm five feet tall). |
| Service & Delivery | Information online said that the doorway needed to be 36 inches wide, which we measured and it was. However, the box would not fit through so we had to unpack the chair before bringing it in. I tried repeatedly to have the $42 inside delivery fee I had paid refunded, but could not get customer service to return my calls. Will not recommend your company due to this. |

| A Little About Myself | Elderly woman in her seventy's. |
| Pros | Proper size for me. No problem getting at a standing position. |
| Cons | I would have liked a pocket at either side. Also a longer cord for remote. Seems like the remote ends up on the floor when elevated to standing position. |
| Service & Delivery | So far I have not needed service on this chair. Delivery was good. |
Other than the Cons, I am very pleased with the performance of this chair. | |

Helped give my grandmother back some of her independence which is so important to her. And because she can elevate her feet now, the swelling due to congestive heart failure and water retention has gone way down. She's better off now than 1 1/2 years ago. | |
