| Service & Delivery | good timing in delivery and service to get product to me, also delivery company was helpful in the product (chair )to be in proper room |

| Pros | Chair operates as specified |
| Cons | Trouble with delivery. UPS called and said the Semi can not get down the street. I was originally told UPS would have no problem. UPS wanted to know where the street was located and I informed UPS that within 4 mi. there is a UPS location with smaller trucks. - can not use, as location is for small packages.
Truck arrived 2 hours later than specified time. Driver could not locate street - shipping label said CRESWOOD instead of CRESTWOOD. |
